President-elect, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari , on Sunday expressed his administration's readiness to beam its searchlight on the controversial $20 billion that was supposed to have been remitted by the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, to the Federation Account, but could not be accounted for.
